Van sales do not wait for a good signal and do not forgive a miscounted crate. So the app is built to work where the rep is — in the van, between two stops, one hand on the phone.
The whole day lives in it: today’s route, tomorrow’s orders, the stock in the truck, goods exchanges, issuing an invoice or a receipt, closing the cash at the end of the run. Every action is written down immediately and — if the connection is missing — travels to the server on its own once it returns, with no duplicated documents.
Back at the office the web panel shows the same data live: routes and schedules, stops, reports by rep, by stop and by day, per-section permissions for every employee.
Data on the phone sits in an encrypted database, access is locked with a PIN, and every action stays in the audit trail. The interface is in Bulgarian and English and is prepared for more languages. It connects to your ERP over a standard REST interface, without access to your database.
