B2B Portal
An ordering and delivery portal where every business customer sees their contracted range and their own prices, places an order 24/7 up to the cut-off time and follows it through to delivery.
Orders arrive on their own — no phone, no Viber, no email.
A platform for manufacturers and distributors who take daily orders from shops, chains and HoReCa. The customer signs into their own account, sees the catalogue at their own prices and discounts, builds an order and submits it before the cut-off time for that delivery day. The portal replaces informal order taking with a structured process without displacing the ERP — that stays the system of record for fulfilment and invoicing.
The prices are theirs — discounts applied, in the right unit of measure, case or piece depending on the item. The order is submitted against a calendar that already knows the cut-off time, the delivery days allowed for this customer and the days the route does not run. A mixed order is split automatically into fresh and frozen with their different lead times, and that is shown clearly before confirmation.
A submitted order passes through rules the team maintains itself in a visual builder — with no change to the code. An order that meets the conditions is approved automatically; an order with an unusual quantity, an overdue account or a delivery outside the covered area goes into a review queue, where the person in charge approves it or refuses it with a reason. A refused order goes back to the customer for editing and resubmission.
The mobile and the desktop version are separate interfaces on a shared foundation, not one view squeezed onto a small screen: the phone gets a bottom bar, large buttons and one-handed use; the desktop gets wide tables and the administrative tools. The mobile version installs as an app on the phone.
The platform is multi-tenant at the database level, every change leaves a mark in an audit log that cannot be edited, and the data stays in the EU. Payments, issuing tax documents and routing deliveries stay outside it. Invoices, notifications and order-status sync from the ERP are designed and still ahead — the framework for the ERP link is ready, the adapter for the specific system is built during rollout.
