These terms govern the use of zharnik.bg, operated by Geri - Is Ltd., UIC 207350507, VAT BG207350507, registered at 58 Tsar Boris III Obedinitel Blvd., Plovdiv 4000, Bulgaria, which develops and offers its software products and services under the trade name Zharnik Soft.

What this site is

The site is informational. We present our products and services through it and receive enquiries. No sales take place here, no payments are accepted and no contracts are concluded online.

Enquiries

An enquiry sent through the form is an invitation to talk, not an order. It creates no obligation for us to provide a service, nor for you to request one.

A contractual relationship arises only through a separate written agreement setting out scope, timelines, price and conditions. Information on the site, including product descriptions and the indicative budget ranges shown, does not constitute a public offer.

Please send us only data you are entitled to share. If you attach a brief containing another party’s confidential information, that responsibility is yours.
